雞蓉玉米濃湯 Chicken Corn Soup

材料
A.玉米粒 60公克
玉米醬 80公克
雞胸肉 40公克
洋蔥 40公克
蒜頭 10公克
奶油 30公克
水 1200㏄
B.鮮奶 60㏄

Ingredients
A.60 grams corn kernels
80 grams creamed corn
40 grams chicken breast
40 grams bulb Onion 40 g
10 grams garlic
30 grams cream
Water 1200㏄
B.Fresh milk 60㏄

調味料
鹽 1大匙
麵粉水 適量

Seasoning
1 tablespoon salt
Suitable amount of flour mixed with water.

作法:
1. 雞胸肉剁成泥狀加少許冷水(份量外)拌勻備用。
2. 洋蔥、蒜頭切末備用。
3. 熱鍋,放入奶油、洋蔥末、蒜末炒香,再入水及其他材料A煮勻。
4. 最後用麵粉水勾芡,再放入鮮奶、鹽拌勻即可。

Preparation Method:
1. Scrape, chop and mash up the chicken breast, put in a bowl and add in a little cold water (see attached). Mix well and set aside.
2 Chop up the bulb onion and garlic. Set aside.
3. Heat up a frying pan. Add butter, onions, garlic and saute. Pour in the water and other ingredients and cook it evenly.
4. Finally thicken with flour and water, then add milk, salt and mix well.
